  • Your Best Life Nashville

Consistently adapting to new sounds and styles, Lonely Avenue composes music that pays homage to Pop Punk, Hip-Hop, and Post-Hardcore. Beginning when they were 15; you can hear how they have evolved as a musical group throughout their discography, while staying true to themselves with each new release. Whether you need high-energy, hard hitting rock, or chill acoustics and beats; Lonely Avenue has you covered. Based in Los Angeles, CA, Lonely Avenue brings passion and rawness to their live shows unlike others.

Tell us about your latest single and the impact it's had on your fans so far? Our latest single blame u is the first song as our new three-piece set up after our lead singer left, as we embrace filling the role as vocalists. Our fans have received it really well and they’re super excited to hear our future releases! Do you get more attached to songs over others? Pretty much every song we put out, before getting considered to be released, goes through the period of being a song we’re really attached to and proud of. We love all of our songs and are grateful that most of our top songs are songs we are really proud of. Especially with this new three-piece set up, these songs mean a whole different world to us now that we’re responsible for the development of the songs and the band. What makes your single and the time you spent on the music memorable for you? Specifically for blame u, it was The first full song I wrote living in Los Angeles and it was during a time where everything musically, my job life, and my friends and family were just in a whole new boat than I’ve ever been in before, and then to be released months later in this whole new band arrangement just makes the whole experience so memorable and exciting and fulfilling. Any tried or true techniques you have when creating the music? My whole formula is hearing a catchy melody in my head (mainly a chorus) and then either taking riffs I have recorded on my phone and building it off of that, or just writing a whole chorus riff to the melody. Once that chorus and riff are created, it then becomes a creative process to build the rest of the song lyrically and structure/ concept wise. What are you most looking forward to in 2023 with your new music? Honestly if it goes as planned, 2023 will be a huge year for all of us musically putting out songs we’ve either written alone or together as a band and being able to curate concepts and themes around each release. Especially since this world is so singles heavy, we just want to release anywhere from 6 to 7 singles in 2023. Anything in 2022 that you experienced that you’re either leaving behind or bringing with you into 2023? Well ironically as mentioned before our singer who we’ve worked with more or less for the past 10 years has moved onto new projects and we’ve embraced such a new era of this band we’re bringing all of our dedicated friends and fans into this new era with so many awesome new songs and content it feels like a whole new project. Where can our readers go to learn more about your future projects?!
