  • Your Best Life Nashville

Kaleb Mullins and The Witness are a rock band from Knoxville, Tennessee. With their own unique style, the band's original material combines a sonic blend of blues, funk, folk, and grunge to weave together stories and songs that will both tug on your heart and make you stomp your feet.

Are you performing anywhere LIVE?

Yes! We’ve been very busy this summer and it will continue into the fall. We’re currently making our way around Nashville, Knoxville, Asheville, Atlanta, and some other amazing places in the southeast.

How important is the chemistry at the venue between you and the audience when you're performing?

Audience interaction is everything for us. We don’t want the listeners to just ‘hear’ the music. We want them to experience it along with us. We try to structure our performances and our arrangements in a way that invites the crowd in.

Does stage fright ever hit right before a set? How do you work through that?

It certainly can! Especially if we know we’re trying something new out tonight. The best way for us to face it is just to go for it. It’s like jumping in a cold pool. The leap is the hardest part.

What kind of experience will your fans get at a show of yours?

We want our shows to take fans on a journey. We want them to feel joy, to reminisce on past places and loves, and to look forward to the good things to come in their lives. More than anything we want them to feel connected to us and the people around them.

Any fun fan moments at a concert you can share?

The best moments are when we see people singing along to our originals. To know that something we worked on impacted a person enough to memorize it — that’s special.

Let us know all about your music right now and where our audience can listen to everything you put out to support!

We have a new album coming out on October 14th, titled “Old Ghosts // New Stories”. Be sure to check it out wherever you get your music - Spotify, Apple, Amazon. We’d love for you to go on this journey with us!
